Preregistration Deadline and Cancellation/Refund Policies

Member Early Bird Registration

The deadline for early bird registration is February 15, 2017

Regular registration rates apply beginning February 16, 2017.


Cancellation/Refund Policies

Conference Registration

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before March 15, 2017 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $35 administrative fee.

Conference registrants canceling their registration after March 15, 2017 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $85 administrative fee for full conference and $65 for Saturday Only.

Friday Intensives or Jumpstart Only

For those registered for the Friday intensives only or Jumpstart only, cancellations will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee.

Individual Event Tickets

No refunds will be offered for individual ticket sales unless the event is cancelled by Northeast Storytelling, Inc. (fka LANES).

Event Cancellation or Postponement

Northeast Storytelling, Inc. (fka LANES) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

Should the Sharing the Fire Conference 2017 be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Northeast Storytelling, Inc. will endeavor to process a full refund of registration fees within 60 days of such circumstances becoming known.
